Here is how you use the web-based presentation:

C key opens up a bottom-right hand “control panel”, where you can skip ahead a slide or back, and use the pull-down to jump ahead multiple slides quickly.
When in the control panel, the O button will switch to Outline/Handout mode, where you can read the slides as one long document. (Convenient for copy/pasting code samples.) Top-right corner “O” link switches back to slide mode.
Left click advances forward, right click backward. Page up and Page down are also supported, as well as Left and Right keys.
